Graphic Alliance Sinks Teeth Into Digital Problem Solving

At Graphic Alliance, it is imperative to understand the inner workings of any business we enhance online.  Working in different industries and businesses, we like to get under the skin of each company in order to determine their needs, desires and the best digital solutions we can offer them.

A recent example of this would be when two members of the client team were invited to Aberdeenshire to visit royal warrant holder, Donald Russell. The aim of the trip was to experience the inner workings of the gourmet butchery and distribution to the British Isles and beyond.

An early flight to Scotland kickstarted the day’s itinerary of being shown the business, inside and out, with the first stop being the meal distribution centre.  Lana and Linford, suited and booted, were escorted through the order fulfilment building, nothing the end to end attention to detail and high standards of quality control from the team.

From fulfillment to packaging and distribution, they witnessed freezing products arriving, optimised storage, and the seamlessly efficient human order composition process as well as being introduced to some of the teams.

In a time where technology is taking over every aspect of our ecosystem, this is a wholly human experience, which is key to the quality control process.

After meeting the friendly and helpful team, it was time to see the butchery.  Upon delivery, products are checked for quality and filtered through the highly efficient process of skilled butchers who cut, dice, hang and mature each product with such refinery and precision that each product is the best it can be for the plate.

Continuing the human element of business, they discovered the community spirit and family involvement, from internships to management that are an integral part of the company;  entire families are involved in the running and processing of every morcel.

A fabulous lunch created by an in house chef was served while the team took the board through Graphic Alliance’s findings, recommendations and share the stories of the morning.

The afternoon was spent with the customer service and marketing teams, learning of the high level of customer satisfaction.  One thing noticed in particular, was the happiness of the customers and the team.  Who ever knew someone to call customer services in a good mood!?  The team themselves are warm, friendly and have a thorough understanding of the entire catalogue and current offers.  They naturally apply discount codes before callers have realised, to their baskets.

The day finished with a full stomach, a brain full of information and a tailor-made strategy to help digitise a traditional company.
